Floor Top coat is a coating applied to the surface to protect the titanium layer. This provides extra protection after the titanium floor coat, greatly reducing discoloration, dirt bonding, and various stains. This is often used only for titanium floors. This Coating can give the titanium surface a very shiny finish.
