Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K is 2 parts polymer-modified flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane coating specially formulated for Concrete and Masonry Surface which is supplied in ready-mix kits (2 parts). When the dry part is mixed with acrylic-modified emulsion and applied
according to direction, the cured.
Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K will become a tough, flexible and seamless waterproof membrane and acts as an excellent water barrier to Concrete and Masonry Surface.

Method of Application
1. Surface Preparation
- Allow new concrete and masonry substrate to fully cure prior application.
- All surfaces must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spalled Concrete must be sound before applied.
- Substrate should reach a “Saturated Surface Dry” (SSD) condition (damp, without standing water)
2. Mixing
- Using Portland mechanical mixer, slowly add the Powder part to the Liquid part in a clean container until a smooth and homogenous slurry mixture is achieved.
Allow the mixed slurry to stand for 5-10 minutes for releasing air-trapped during the mixing prior to application. Mixing material must be used within the recommended pot life.
3. Applications
- Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K slurry can be applied by brush or trowel. DO NOT dilute with water. Recommended coverage rate is approximately 1.1 kg./m2/coat for 0.8 mm. thick of wet film thick (minimum 2 coat.)
- Allow the slurry to cure for at least 1 hour before applying a second coat.
4 Curing
- For maximum protection, allow 12 to 24 hours curing time after the second coat.

5. Cleaning
- Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K can be removed from tools and equipment immediately after use with clean water, only hardened material can be removed mechanically.
