- *Not for PE, PP, PTFE, permanent water immersion or plugging leaks subject to pressure. Forms an instant seal, but must not be disturbed until cured (approx. 48 hours).
How to Use
- Ensure substrates are clean and free of oil, grease or lose particles.
- Cut the cartridge tip, fit it to the nozzle and cut to size (5mm), then place in the caulking gun.
- Apply with the caulking gun, pushing sealant into joints or gaps.
- Smooth off using a spatula dipped in turps, within 5 minutes of applying. If painting, paint with two coats of quality water-based exterior paint.
Limitations:

Handy tips
- For neater joints, mask sides before applying sealant and remove the tape before sealant skins.
- Paint with water-based paint. If the paint does not wet out the sealant surface properly, lightly sand the sealant before painting.
- A minimum of two coats are necessary to ensure proper wetting out the sealant surface
Clean up
- Clean up with mineral turps before the Storm cures.
- Cured sealant can be removed by scraping or sanding or with the help of Selleys Silicone Remover.
